As I mentioned in the video, in my search, I found a group of research
psychologists and I was able to establish a working relationship with
them. Luckily, I was granted the rights to reproduce and market their

1. Never Be Depressed Again!
It was observed that, depressed people have a different brainwave
pattern than people who are not depressed. By exercising the proper
part of the brain it will start devoting more brain real estate to the
area that is lacking. It works just like learning to play the piano,
when we practice we get better at it because more brain real estate is
devoted to that activity.
Dr. Herbert Benson of Harvard Medical School found that meditation
releases tension, and creates the will power and consciousness to be in
control of one's life and alleviates depression, loneliness,
hopelessness and despair.

Dr. Margaret Patterson has shown that certain frequen cies in
the brain dramatically speed up production of a variety of
neurotransmitters. A 10 Hz (alpha) signal boosts the production and
turnover rate of serotonin, a chemical messenger that increases
